Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Key Account Manager – Operations to manage and oversee facility operations for one of our key clients across Pan India locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service quality, and acting as the single point of contact for the client. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and excellent relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the single point of contact for all operations and facility-related requirements of the assigned client across Pan India.

· Lead and oversee housekeeping, soft services, and facility operations as per client standards.

· Ensure timely delivery of services with quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.

· Manage client relationships, conduct regular review meetings, and address escalations effectively.

· Monitor and evaluate staff performance, training, and resource allocation across multiple sites.

· Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Admin, Finance, and Procurement) for smooth execution of operations.

· Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI metrics, compliance with safety, statutory, and audit requirements.

· Prepare and present MIS reports, budgets, and operational reviews to both client and management.

· Drive process improvements, innovation, and service excellence initiatives for the client account.

· Manage vendor coordination, contracts, and ensure service delivery as per agreed standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Graduate in Housekeeping / Hospitality / Facility Management or similar field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management operations, preferably handling key accounts.

· Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, soft services, and facility operations.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

· Ability to handle multi-location operations across Pan India.

· Proficient in MS Office, reporting, and budgeting.

· Problem-solving mindset with a focus on service excellence.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
