Job Description

As a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager for the Official BrandStore division, you will be responsible for leading various aspects of the business to drive revenue and profitability in an e-commerce environment. **Role Overview:** You will be required to: - Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances. - Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. - Lead the sales and marketing strategy to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. - Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics. - Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team. - Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity. - Champion a customer-centric approach and implement strategies for continuous improvement. - Design and implement performance dashboards and optimize e-commerce platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships - Oversee day-to-day operations and implement operational improvements - Lead the sales and marketing strategy and analyze sales performance data - Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts - Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team - Stay informed on industry trends and conduct market research - Champion a customer-centric approach and implement strategies for continuous improvement - Design and implement performance dashboards and optimize e-commerce platforms **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, operations, or business management - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated leadership ability and entrepreneurial mindset - Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies - Strong business acumen and financial management skills - Strong leadership and team management skills You will be offered a CTC ranging from 35,000 to 50,000 per month based on experience and performance, along with performance-based incentives and PF & Medical Insurance facilities.,
