Key Account Manager

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Key Account Manager (KAM) for the Modern Trade Offline Business at Nua, your main responsibility will be to strategize Nua's growth across all National & Regional Modern Trade (MT) Chains. Your role will be crucial in planning and executing Nua's entry into this channel. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability in alignment with the Business Plan for existing business. - Focus on entering National & Regional MT Chains with sustainable margins and within limited budgets for new business. - Build a strong culture on Tertiary Sales by utilizing marketing assets such as Promoters, Merchandisers, and In-store promotions effectively. - Collaborate with regional teams to strengthen local connections with Regional Single Points of Contacts (SPOCs) for National MT Chains. - Manage business Profit & Loss (P&L) and revenue generation, oversee the launching, building, and growth of business. - Foster strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders. - Analyze market trends and competitors" activities to formulate strategies for business expansion. - Strategize marketing campaigns, evaluate their success monthly, and ensure effective utilization of promotion tools. - Provide regular reports and Management Information System (MIS) as per the company's requirements. **Qualification Required:** - Candidate should be able to lead and operate independently in a dynamic start-up environment. - Strong business acumen, comfortable with numbers, proficient in problem-solving, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Professional: Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Modern Trade. - Educational: MBA.
