1. Handling a similar role in an electronics brand or platform, OR
2. Working as a KAM at Flipkart handling electronics, OR
3. Managing a similar role in a D2C brand in categories like beauty or personal care

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  Sell-In and Sell-Out

  across all marketplaces including Amazon.in, Flipkart, Cred, Meesho, and quick commerce platforms.
• Lead a cross-functional team of KAMs to achieve sales targets.
• Plan and execute

  Joint Business Plans (JBP)

  , tracking monthly and annual sales goals.
• Act as the

  face of the company

  for channel partners, managing relationships and growth.
• Lead a team of

  Performance Advertising Specialists

  to strategize and drive ads for sell-out initiatives.
• Identify and onboard

  new channel partners

• Keep partners informed about

  new products, schemes, and promotions
