Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in understanding and anticipating evolving customer needs to develop internal strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing impactful solutions tailored to customer challenges, offering proactive business insights to strengthen the customer's market position, and driving revenue expansion while maintaining margins through account mining and opportunity creation. You will be responsible for overseeing execution, tracking project health, and ensuring seamless delivery in coordination with operations. Building and maintaining trust across all customer levels, from operational stakeholders to the C-suite, will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will map and manage key relationships to strengthen engagement and expand influence. Collaboration with sales to unlock new revenue streams, partnering with delivery to ensure customer satisfaction, and achieving defined growth targets within assigned verticals are essential key accountabilities. You will also be expected to provide insights on key team changes impacting delivery, leadership changes within client organizations, and major client feedback, whether positive or negative. The mandatory skills required for this role include relationship building, marketing, account management, business development, customer retention, business-to-business (B2B) understanding, sales management, strategic public relations planning, Matrixgold, customer relationship management (CRM), and client relations.
