Job Description

- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and engage withprospective CI clients through various channels: cold calling,networking, industry events. Build and maintain a sales pipeline ofqualified leads

- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships withkey decision-makers in target organizations. Understand clientsenergy requirements, recommend customized solar solutions.

- Market Research, Analysis: Conduct market research, identifypotential clients, market trends, competitors. Analyze and assessmarket dynamics, identify growth opportunities.

- Proposal and Presentation Development: Prepare proposals,presentations, business cases to show value of our solar solutions toprospects. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment ofproposed solutions with client needs.

- Build Vertical for Solar Panel EPC Sales 100KW to 1000 KW (CI)

- Develop network of Large EPC partners/Bidders in Tenders

- Drive Topline revenue, profitability and market share of CI division
Requirements

- Preferred B-Tech Engineers/MBA Candidate

- B2B Sales Experience in Solar EPC Sales in Rooftop Solar Industry

- Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi

- An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 3 years
