Job Title: Key Account Manager (Marketing) Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, as per industry standards (₹4–6 LPA based on experience including internship) Joining Period: Between December 15th – January 1st week About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee marketing and client success activities for key healthcare accounts. This role requires a blend of digital marketing knowledge, client coordination skills, and a strong sense of ownership to ensure successful execution of campaigns and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Plan and implement monthly marketing calendars aligned with client goals. • Coordinate with designers and content teams to create engaging marketing materials (Canva knowledge preferred). • Manage social media campaigns and scheduling across multiple platforms. • Plan, run, and optimize Meta and Google Ads to drive lead generation. • Track campaign performance through CRM tools and analytics platforms. • Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives for smooth execution. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Identify partnership and brand-building opportunities within the healthcare sector. Qualifications & Skills • Graduate in any stream (mandatory). • MBA in Marketing preferred — an added advantage. • Prior internship experience in marketing, client servicing, or similar roles preferred. • Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital ads, and CRM tools. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a dynamic environment. • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
