Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers, clients, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Manage front desk operations including phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries. Handle billing and payment processes accurately. Maintain and update records, reports, and documents using MS Office tools. Provide prompt support to clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication. Uphold the organization’s professional image by creating a friendly and efficient front desk environment. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in at least 2 languages (Kannada / Tamil / Hindi / English preferred). Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or client-facing roles is an advantage. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
