At Prodoc, we are looking for an energetic and dynamic Public Relations Officer (PRO) to act as the bridge between our hospital and the medical community. In this role, you will play a key part in developing partnerships, strengthening referral networks, and driving patient engagement, contributing directly to the growth and reputation of the organization.   Key Roles and Responsibilities 1.     Build and nurture partnerships with medical practitioners and healthcare professionals. 2.     Conduct regular visits and maintain communication with referring doctors to promote hospital specialties, consultants, and new services. 3.     Implement internal communication strategies to keep staff informed and aligned with hospital goals. 4.     Develop and execute effective public relations strategies and campaigns to enhance hospital visibility. 5.     Serve as the primary liaison between referral doctors and the hospital. 6.     Manage and strengthen relationships with external healthcare providers to drive patient referrals. 7.     Establish and maintain strong ties with general practitioners, clinics, and diagnostic centres. 8.     Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional plans. 9.     Identify and convert referral opportunities into patient consultations and admissions. 10.  Work closely with clinical, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth referral processes. 11.  Support broader hospital marketing initiatives and contribute to enhancing the Prodoc brand presence.   Why Join Us?
