Job Description

As a Sales Manager at ARaymond, you will be responsible for driving business development in the West Clips region by executing the set plan. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sales & Marketing: - Execution of the business development plan set by HOD - Sales forecasting on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis & yearly budgeting - Achievement of sales target for the year - New market/customer development for Clips North Region - Handling customer product queries for RFQ - Customer query handling - Regular visits to customers & maintaining customer/business database - P & L Management: - Handling new projects - Increasing value per car - Handling product quotations - Customer Relations: - Timely redressal of pre & post-sales customer queries - Maintaining healthy business relations with clips customer - Business Intelligence: - Providing in-depth research about competition, pricing, new upcoming projects at OEMs & Tier-1s - Providing inputs/feedback for strategy formulation and ensuring execution - Lost RFQs analysis - New product idea generation - Product benchmarking - Self & Team Management: - Attending training programs, seminars, and exhibitions - Initiating self-learning and gaining knowledge of other skills As part of the role, you are required to have a B.E. / B.Tech degree with 12 to 15 years of experience. Your technical skills should include RFQ & Quotation Drafting, Data & Analytical Skills, Tool Knowledge, Knowledge of SAP, Operational Feasibility study, and Project Management. Functional skills such as Customer Relationship Management, Key Account Management, Planning and Budgeting, Market and Competition Analysis, Negotiation Skills, Product Knowledge, and Networking Skills are essential. Furthermore, your behavioral skills should encompass Team-Working, Customer Service Orientation, Decision Making, and Communication Skills.
