As a Key Account Manager - B2B at Internshala, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive field sales strategy to acquire new business and clients. You will play a crucial role in launching and scaling our on-ground sales efforts, contributing significantly to Internshala's growth story. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who enjoy creating something from scratch, love meeting people, and have the drive to close deals. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients through on-ground visits, presentations, and relationship-building activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 4-6 years of proven experience in field sales. Prior experience in recruitment, HR Tech, or SaaS sectors is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and willingness to travel extensively are essential qualifications for this position.
