Key Account Manager / B2B Enterprise Sales

The role of Key Account Manager in B2B Enterprise Sales in Mumbai requires a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience. As a full-time on-site Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, generating leads, overseeing sales operations, and driving business development initiatives. Your qualifications should include expertise in Account Management, Lead Generation, Sales Operations, and Business Development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You should be able to build and maintain strong client relationships and have knowledge of the IT solutions and services industry, such as Cloud, CyberSecurity, and Devops. A Bachelor's or PG degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Key skills for this role include managing an existing account portfolio, establishing leadership connections with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, strong negotiation skills, identifying and securing new business opportunities, crafting proposals and RFPs, cross-selling and upselling, understanding IT services and effectively communicating technical details, developing and executing account strategies aligned with client goals, delivering strong presentations, and utilizing IT tools while staying updated on industry trends.
