As part of the Key Account Management team, you will be responsible for handling key client relationships, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting business growth. This position involves working closely with various internal departments to meet client expectations and achieve performance goals.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to introduce new features and services
• Guide clients on improving their store performance and operational flow
• Manage operations including order processing, supplier coordination, and inventory
• Track client performance, prepare reports, and present business insights
• Address client concerns proactively and maintain a high level of satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of online retail platforms and dropshipping operations
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Experience with tools like CRM software and MS Office
• Familiarity with platforms like AliExpress, Oberlo, or similar is preferred
• Prior experience with international clients is a plus
