Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with key partner institutions and student recruitment channels. You will be responsible for driving conversions, maintaining partner satisfaction, and ensuring smooth coordination between students, partner universities, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key partner universities and colleges abroad.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned institutional partners and recruitment agents.
  • Ensure timely communication and updates on student applications, admissions, and documentation.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing accounts and onboard new partners.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with partner institutions.
  • Student Support:
  • Work closely with counsellors and operations teams to track student progress from application to enrollment.
  • Provide information on courses, scholarships, and application procedures to internal teams and partners.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain records of student applications, conversions, and partner performance.
  • Generate regular reports on account performance and suggest improvements.
  • Coordination:
  • Coordinate between students, partner institutions, visa teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development (experience in education sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with international education systems and visa processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
