The role involves managing assigned export accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for overseas customers, driving achievement of assigned sales targets, supporting order execution, and ensuring timely coordination with internal teams to meet customer expectations. The candidate must identify potential international distributors and onboard them. The role also involves regular coordination with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely shipments, and seamless export operations, contributing to international growth objectives.
Experience in FMCG or pet food will be an added advantage, and a genuine interest in dogs and the pet industry is highly preferred.
