- Conduct partner meetings across existing branches to engage and encourage all the active partners to obtain the possible opportunity.
- Drive interested partners through the induction process to successful onboarding.
- Build and scale team size and distribution by coordinating with the Sales team under partners who have completed the induction.
- Scout locations for setting up LAO offices, negotiate rental terms with landlords, obtain necessary approvals from the management, and coordinate closely with Compliance and Sales teams until branch inauguration is completed.
- Ensure to adhere full compliance with the regulatory and internal guidelines while creating the LAO offices.
- This position requires flexibility to travel frequently to the assigned branches and location is an integral part of the role.
- Minimum Graduation is required (10+2+3)
- An ideal candidate must have minimum 8 12 years of experience into hardcore sales preferably from LI/GI/Health & banking.
- Candidate from Agency/Agency partner channel will be an added advantage to the profile.
- The role is open to candidates within the age bracket of up to 40 years.
- Expecting at least minimum 2 years of stability from the current stint
- Remuneration will be offered as per prevailing industry norms
