Job Description

As the Key Account Director at Trivium Media Group, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's most strategic and high-value accounts. With a minimum of 7 years of experience, you will lead a team of account managers, build long-term relationships with key clients, and oversee strategic account growth, retention, and profitability. Your exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills will be crucial in collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client objectives and business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a portfolio of high-priority, high-revenue accounts. - Develop and implement long-term account strategies aligning with client objectives and company goals. - Identify growth opportunities such as upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings within existing accounts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key client executives and decision-makers. - Lead a team of Key Account Managers and Account Executives to drive success across assigned accounts. - Take ownership of revenue growth targets and manage the renewal process for key accounts. - Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to clients. - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for clients. - Lead contract negotiations and renewals for strategic accounts. - Track and report on key performance indicators for each account. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. - Experience: At least 7 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing large accounts and improving customer satisfaction. - Skills: Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and account reporting software. Strong organizational and financial acumen.,
