Key Account Director

You are sought after by an award-winning PR Agency to fill the role of Account Director. In this position, you will lead client account teams to deliver exceptional service and provide strategic direction for the accounts. Your responsibilities will include ensuring client satisfaction, promptly addressing feedback, and formulating insightful recommendations based on industry knowledge. Managing a client portfolio exceeding 50 lakhs, you will identify and seize business opportunities within your portfolio and contribute significantly to business development by generating leads. Your expertise in solutions and programs will be crucial, as you drive nominations for awards and oversee team optimization to deliver outstanding client service. Additionally, you will play a vital role in talent management, fostering collaboration among team members and creating a positive impact on attrition rates. By delegating work effectively, resolving conflicts, and promoting a harmonious work environment, you will contribute to the overall success of the team. Your role will involve engaging with counterparts in various teams and locations to share best practices, feedback, and support. As a talent ambassador for the organization, you will actively participate in hiring processes across Mumbai and Bangalore. Ideal candidates for this position will have 5 to 8 years of experience as Account Managers in public relations or communications, while those with 8 or more years of experience as Account Directors in the industry are also encouraged to apply.
