Relationship Manager for a leading Wellness Brand

We are seeking a Relationship Manager for a Series A Funded Women’s Wellness Brand. We are hiring for clinics across India. You will be assigned a clinic near you. Job Profile: Be the first point of contact for our clinic. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations. Answer incoming calls and emails, and handle inquiries or redirect as necessary. Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information. Process patient payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments. Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management. Provide general information about clinic services, policies, and procedures to patients and visitors. Handle confidential patient information with utmost discretion and maintain patient Confidentiality Working Days : Tuesday to Sunday (Monday fixed off) + 2 paid leaves per month If not used, then they get carried forward to next month. Requirements: Any Graduate / Post Graduate 3+ years in a customer interaction sales based role Proven SALES track record especially “consultative selling” high-priced products or services-as-a-product that needs indepth product knowledge to sell
