Key Account Account Manager Sales

Role Overview: You will be joining Reliance Jio as an SMB/Key Account Manager based in Mumbai. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring customers and meeting the assigned targets. Your main focus will be to understand the needs and requirements of Enterprise customers, generate new sales, and maintain relationships with existing customers. Collaboration with the Solutioning team to provide products and services and ensuring timely delivery will be crucial. Additionally, you will be expected to handle customer complaints, follow internal processes for the sales cycle, and create customer profiles for each assigned account. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire customers and achieve targets for allocated accounts - Build a strong understanding of key customer needs and requirements - Generate new sales leading to long-lasting relationships - Propose solutions that align with customer objectives - Collaborate with the Solutioning team for product and service delivery - Manage customer complaints and escalation matrix - Follow internal processes for end-to-end sales cycle and meeting account metrics - Preferably have experience in Cloud and SaaS sales - Create customer profiles for each assigned account - Prior experience in account management and building account-focused relationships Qualifications Required: - Must have 7-12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in corporate sales or account management - Education: Any Graduation (MBA Preferred) Please note: Interested candidates can share their resumes at vini.joshi@ril.com.,
