Identificar e priorizar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos industriais, atuando como facilitador para iniciativas sejam elas: incrementais ou que utilizem tecnologias emergentes, como inteligência artificial, aprendizado de máquina e IoT. Conduzir análises avançadas de desempenho utilizando big data e ferramentas de analytics, fornecendo insights estratégicos e promovendo decisões baseadas em dados. Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para assegurar a integração e a funcionalidade das soluções de automação junto a outras áreas, como engenharia de processos e TI. Monitorar e analisar índices chave de performance (KPIs) relacionados à disciplina de automação, como gestão de alarmes e gestão de malhas de controle, com o objetivo de otimizar a eficiência operacional e promover a segurança das operações industriais. Monitorar medidas de cibersegurança, garantindo a proteção dos sistemas de automação contra ameaças cibernéticas. Apoio em auditorias de segurança, aos programas de gestão de acessos, protocolos de comunicação segura e recuperação de desastre, conforme a norma IEC 62443. Monitorar e aplicar os princípios de segurança funcional para assegurar que os sistemas instrumentados de segurança (SIS) sejam capazes de responder corretamente às demandas de atuação e mover o processo para o estado seguro. Apoiar auditorias de segurança, colaborar com outras disciplinas para integrar práticas de segurança funcional e promover a conformidade com os requisitos da norma IEC 61511. Requisitos : Graduação em Engenharia Química, Elétrica, Controle e Automação ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida em indústrias de processo contínuo (petroquímica, química, óleo e gás), com atuação em projetos de médio e grande porte. Conhecimentos sólidos em sistemas de controle, como APC, SCADA, PLCs e DCS, além de protocolos de comunicação industrial (Modbus, OPC, Profibus). Conhecimentos sólidos em controle regulatório de processos e sequenciamentos. Ser capaz de avaliar performance de malhas de controle, realizar sintonia e propor melhorias. Habilidade em programação (Python, C++ ou similares) e no uso de ferramentas de simulação e modelagem, como MATLAB ou Aspen Plus. Desejável conhecimento em aplicações da Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Desejável experiência em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e certificações em sistemas ou ferramentas de automação ou certificações profissionais (segurança de processos, PMP etc.). Competências pessoais: Capacidade analítica para resolver problemas complexos e propor soluções estratégicas. Habilidades de liderança e experiência em coordenação de projetos e equipes.
