Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications and backend services using

  Nest.js

• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and digital marketing teams to implement responsive, user-friendly websites.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services efficiently.
• Optimize website performance, security, and SEO compliance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in web development.

• Proficiency in Nest.js

  (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (MySQL, MongoDB), and Git.
• Understanding of responsive design and web performance optimization.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience working with Node.js or Express.js.
• Basic understanding of cloud deployment (AWS, Google Cloud, or similar).
• Prior experience in NGO or CSR project tech support is a plus.
