We’re looking for a Webflow Developer to join our website design team. Someone who blends technical craft with design sensitivity, and who can transform complex ideas into seamless, interactive experiences on Webflow.
Build, launch, and maintain high-quality websites in Webflow, ensuring speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
Translate Figma designs into fully functional, pixel-perfect Webflow sites.
Implement advanced Webflow interactions, animations, and CMS-driven content structures.
Collaborate with designers, brand strategists, and engineers to bring bold concepts to life.
Optimize sites for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
Support integrations with third-party tools (analytics, forms, marketing platforms, automation, etc.).
Continuously improve workflows and contribute to evolving best practices within the team.
Proven experience building and maintaining Webflow websites.
Strong grasp of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Comfort with custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to extend Webflow functionality when needed.
An eye for detail and design craft - you know when something feels off by a pixel.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Figma and design systems.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and analytics tracking.
Experience with CMS migrations and scaling Webflow projects.
Interest in AI tools for design and automation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 0–3 years of experience working with Webflow (internships, projects, or freelance work acceptable).
Portfolio: Demonstrated ability to deliver at least 1–2 Webflow projects.
Work on category-defining projects across mobility, health, finance, and frontier tech.
Collaborate with a design-first culture where craft and innovation come first.
