Position Junior Talent Acquisition Executive Industry Type IT /Software Services Experience 0.5 to 1 year Salary As per industry standard Job Location Ahmedabad Job Description Screen incoming resumes and Job applications. Call and perform an initial screening of the candidate by understanding their capabilities, skills, experience, mindset, communication, etc. Schedule interviews and follow up on the interview schedules. Building a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing channels viz. Web Portals, Professional and Social Networking sites. Identify potential candidates through headhunting, networking, and references. Reporting of activities, candidate status Perform general HR operational jobs which include but are not limited to: documentation, photocopying, mailing, and filing. Participating in event organization as a part of HR team Describe Skill and Experience Any graduate, HR specialisation preferred Possess a good working attitude & have a strong sense of responsibility.
