Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for internal roles using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate data in ATS / trackers
  • Follow up with candidates on interview feedback and offer status
  • Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist senior TA members in meeting hiring targets and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduation in any discipline (HR preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
