Role Purpose

OPAC Project with MVE AUT

Responsibilities/ Task

Key Responsibilities with brief description according to priority

Office Administration (Time Management System for Employees in AUT) –

  • Daily working times
  • Missing timestamps
  • Overtime working
  • Closely work with Director & Team Engineers/Dept Members
  • Should understand Terminology
  • Extensive Experience in Excel/PowerPoint/SAP.

SAP PRN writing and tracking

–(Can be trained)

  • Engineering Outsourcing
  • CAPEX
  • HW/SW
  • Parts for Vehicle testing
  • Planning / Booking Business Trips
  • Meeting Organization
  • Documentation, Reporting and Communication of key project data.

Key Performance Indicators

Accuracy of Information, Timeliness of Reports (OTD), “First Time Right” for the reports.
