We are looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our development team in Kochi. This is a full-time, office-based role offering the opportunity to work on innovative customer experience technology solutions built using modern software development practices and cloud-native architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in an Agile development environment with Product Designers, Customer Success Managers, Engineers, and QA professionals

• Design, implement, and test software and configuration upgrades throughout the development lifecycle

• Maintain software configuration in line with documentation and coding standards

• Follow established procedures and best practices for clean, maintainable code

Technical Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including algorithms and data structures

• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., .NET C#)

• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL (basic to intermediate queries)

• Exposure to front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or similar

• Familiarity with source control tools (e.g., Git); knowledge of CI/CD workflows is a plus

• Customer-focused mindset – can understand and prioritize user needs

• Self-motivated and eager to grow within the company

• Strong team collaboration and communication skills

• Passionate about learning new tools and staying up to date with tech trends

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
