Job Description

Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and training via phone, email, and chat for software-related issues Demonstrate knowledge of web and mobile application functionality along with strong expertise in functional testing, performance testing, API testing, and quality testing Prepare test plans, test cases, checklists and execute them while tracking and reporting bugs Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software applications and systems Assist with installation, configuration, and software updates Document user queries and their corresponding solutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues Continuously learn about new software features to support users effectively Requirements Recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field Basic understanding of software applications and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Eagerness to learn and grow in the software support field Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Java and databases like SQL Previous internships or experience in technical support is a plus About Company: Globussoft builds innovative and cutting-edge technology products for the digital marketing industry.
