Job Description

Key Responsibilities Hardware and Software: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks on IT equipment. Ensure security software is kept up to date. Network Infrastructure Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls). Monitor network performance and identify potential issues. Technical Support Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues. Respond to general IT requests. Train staff on newly installed hardware and software systems. Project Support Assist with IT projects, including planning, implementation, and testing. Contribute to the documentation of IT systems and processes. Other Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends. Contribute to the improvement of IT infrastructure and processes.
