Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter for a full-time remote role. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening potential candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, maintaining job postings, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The Junior Recruiter will also assist in building a pipeline of top talent and collaborating with the team to meet recruitment targets effectively.

Qualifications

• Recruitment skills such as candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Basic understanding of human resources processes such as onboarding and compliance
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
• Ability to meet targets and work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR-related roles is a plus
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
