Junior QA Executive

• 🗂️ QMS maintenance and documentation
• 🌍 Import/export support for regulated meds
• 🚚 Dispatch tracking and warehouse compliance
• 📋 Audit readiness and MHRA-aligned recordkeeping

• Support our UK RP in maintaining

• Flag delays, discrepancies, or risk issues—fast, clearly, and with context

• Own the accuracy of all stock, courier, and compliance trackers

• 1–3 years in

  pharma QA, QMS support, or documentation roles

• Understanding of GDP, GMP, batch tracking, or controlled goods handling

• Strong with Google Sheets or Excel

  (vlookups, pivots, filters)
• Fluent

  Gujarati and English

  (spoken and written)
• Based in

  Gujarat

• Happy to work

  UK-aligned hours (1–9 pm IST)

• Experience handling

  pharma import/export or warehouse dispatch

• Exposure to GDP audits or RP support

• Familiarity with MHRA / EU QMS standards

• BPharm, MPharm
