We’re trusted by doctors, used daily by patients, and growing 15%+ month on month. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Healthcare SaaS Implementation Lead to join our India-based team. You’ll lead the full lifecycle for our B2B clinic and pharmacy customers — from onboarding to adoption to success. This is not a support role. This is not account management. This is real ownership . You’ll lead platform launches, run high-trust relationships, and act as the bridge between UK-based clinicians and our product and engineering teams. You’ll map real clinical workflows to platform logic — and help shape the next wave of digital healthcare.
