Were hiring experienced Healthcare AR Specialists to manage accounts receivable, resolve denied claims, and drive reimbursement outcomes using top-tier EMR and RCM tools. --- Key Responsibilities: Track and follow up on unpaid/denied claims via Epic, Oracle Cerner, Meditech, CPSI, NextGen, Athena, and Artiva. Investigate denials, correct errors, and prepare appeals with supporting documentation. Engage with US payers and patients to resolve payment issues and clarify balances. Analyze AR aging to prioritize collections and reduce outstanding receivables. Ensure compliant, audit-ready documentation aligned with HIPAA and payer rules. Collaborate across coding, billing, and revenue cycle teams to streamline workflows. Generate reports and KPIs to monitor performance and identify denial trends. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in US medical AR, denial resolution, or insurance follow-up. Proficient in EMR/RCM systems: Epic, Cerner, Meditech, CPSI, NextGen, Athena and Artiva. Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes and AR workflows. Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills. Preferred: Bachelors degree in life sciences, healthcare, finance, or related field. Certifications: CMRS, CRCR, or equivalent. Experience handling Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
