Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Junior Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and partner initiatives.

This role blends technical proficiency, project management discipline, and strong relationship-building skills - ideal for someone eager to grow within the B2B marketing and technology ecosystem.


Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Delivery

    : Define program objectives, create detailed specifications and project plans, and maintain project trackers. Assist cross-functional teams and manage resources to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality programs.
  • Performance Analysis

    : Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns, including ROI analysis.
  • Partner and Customer Collaboration

    : Create and manage partner programs, including training, resources, and support to maximize partner success. Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics and assist in gathering and organizing feedback from partners and customers.
  • Marketing & Industry Knowledge

    : Contribute to the maintenance and updating of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation). Maintain and build databases and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities. Prepare competitor battle cards and partner summaries when required.
