As a Pre-Sales Junior Consultant, your role involves supporting the sales and business development teams by identifying client needs, crafting tailored IT solutions, and preparing proposals and demonstrations. You will bridge technical understanding with business strategy to ensure that client requirements are effectively translated into technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions. - Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and proof-of-concept (PoC) documentation. - Participate in client meetings and product demonstrations to support sales discussions. - Work closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment. - Conduct initial research and analysis on client environments, industries, and competitors. - Support RFP/RFI responses, ensuring timely and accurate submission of technical content. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and market trends. - Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as case studies, product briefs, and capability decks. - Track and document pre-sales activities, feedback, and outcomes for continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 02 years of experience in IT pre-sales, consulting, or technical sales support. - Strong understanding of software solutions, cloud technologies, and IT services. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. - Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. - Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to dynamic client environments. Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to solution design or project delivery in areas like application development, data analytics, or cloud platforms. - Familiarity with Microsoft, AWS, or other enterprise IT ecosystems. - Prior internship or experience in IT sales, solution engineering, or client consulting roles. Key Attributes: - Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. - Detail-oriented with good organizational habits. - Customer-focused attitude with a consultative approach. - Enthusiasm to grow into a senior pre-sales or solution consultant role.
