Role Overview

concept designs, working drawings, and compliance documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings for

  high-rise and redevelopment projects

• Ensure designs comply with UDCPR/DCPR norms

  , local development control regulations, and building bye-laws
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated design solutions
• Prepare authority submission drawings, approval documents, and respond to queries from planning authorities
• Participate in site visits, design reviews, and client meetings
• Assist senior architects and project managers in feasibility studies and FSI/area calculations
• Stay updated on changes to real estate, urban development, and redevelopment guidelines

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Master’s Degree preferred but not mandatory
• 2–6 years of professional experience (Junior: 2–3 years / Mid-level: 4–6 years)

• Proven experience in high-rise building design

  and redevelopment projects
• Strong working knowledge of

  UDCPR and DCPR 2034

  regulations (mandatory)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office (Revit knowledge is an advantage)
• Good understanding of FSI, TDR, and other real estate development concepts
• Excellent communication skills in English (Marathi & Hindi preferred for local coordination)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Junior Architect:

  ₹1.5 – ₹3.0 LPA

• Mid-Level Architect:

  ₹3.0 – ₹6.0 LPA
