Required Candidate profile MSW/MLM/LLB Below 40yrs 15+yrs exp with any labour intensive manufacturing unit Exp in handling UNIONS must Strong in LTS, UNION MGMT, WAGE SETTLEMENT, LEGAL COMPLIANCE, GOVT LIAISON, STRATEGIC IR etc Perks and benefits Excellent perks.
