Legal Trainee

Please Note:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and vetting contracts for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Support drafting, revision, and maintenance of corporate agreements and legal documents.
• Contribute to documentation and compliance processes for government tenders.
• Maintain accurate legal and compliance records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely completion of contracts and tender submissions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: LL.B. (5-year or 3-year) from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6–12 months of relevant exposure (internship or training in corporate legal work).
• Basic knowledge of contract law and government tender processes.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, including familiarity with Track Changes mode.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to multitask.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
