Role Overview

Biz Dev and Design teams

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Management:

• Be the first and second point of contact for clients — from

  onboarding to handover.

• Understand and document

  client needs, preferences, lifestyle, and aesthetic direction.

• Guide clients through

  budget understanding, material choices, and design feasibility.

• Modify

  design language and direction

  according to budget, timeline, and site conditions while maintaining creative integrity.
• Present and explain concepts, layouts, and moodboards effectively.
• Build long-term client relationships through

  clear communication, empathy, and professionalism.

Design Development:

• Create

  unique and original moodboards, layouts, and 3D design directions

  aligned with the client’s individuality — not repetitive Pinterest replications.
• Plan and develop comprehensive

  design documentation

  including:
• Furniture Layouts
• RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plans)
• Electrical & Lighting Drawings
• Plumbing & Drainage Layouts
• Flooring Patterns and Finishes
• Wall Elevations
• Joinery Details (kitchen, wardrobes, paneling, doors, windows)
• HVAC Coordination
• Material Legends, Sections, and Detailed Sheets
• Ensure

  seamless translation from design to execution

  , supporting the site and vendor teams when required.
• Collaborate with the Technical Executive to review working drawings and design feasibility.

Material & Vendor Coordination:

• Possess a strong understanding of

  materials, finishes, textures, and hardware.

• Source and evaluate materials in line with project aesthetics and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors for

  quotes, samples, and negotiations

  , ensuring

  competitive pricing without compromising on quality.

• Support the leadership in

  cost optimization and maintaining healthy project margins

  through strategic material and vendor selection.

Execution Support:

• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure

  design intent and quality

  are being maintained.
• Anticipate on-site challenges and collaborate with technical teams to find

  design-led solutions.

• Ensure timely communication between design, execution, and client teams for smooth progress.

Ideal Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in

  residential or commercial interior design.

• Proficient in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Excel, and BOQ preparation.

• Strong aesthetic sense with a passion for originality and detail.
• Structured, organized, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Positive personality with a collaborative spirit and solution-oriented approach.
