Junior Architect

Position: Procurement Lead / Jr. Architect (Design + Build Projects)

Location: Delhi NCR (with site travel as required)

Experience: 1-2 years | Full-time

At The White Frame, we design, build & curate bespoke interiors that balance aesthetics with precision. We’re looking for a Procurement Lead / Jr. Architect to strengthen our vendor and material ecosystem across ongoing and upcoming design + build projects.

What you’ll do:

• Source and onboard vendors, suppliers & turnkey contractors across categories — civil, woodwork, paint, tile, hardware, etc.

• Negotiate best rates, manage purchase orders & ensure timely deliveries.

• Verify site material quantities, maintain trackers & uphold quality standards.

• Curate and organize our growing material library — samples, finishes & catalogs.

• Coordinate between design, site & estimation teams for smooth project flow.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong sense of ownership & curiosity for materials and design detailing.

• Confident negotiator with hands-on experience in procurement or design execution.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel & documentation.

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, or related fields.
