Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Executive located in Sonipat. The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for assisting in HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting HR management activities. Daily tasks will include handling employee records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating recruitment efforts, and supporting the overall HR administration process.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of HR Management and HR Operations
Proven experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and strategies
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with employment laws and regulatory compliance is a plus
