Junior Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support the day-to-day HR functions at Naturals Salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee attendance, supporting payroll processing, coordinating recruitment activities, and evaluating HR-related processes to ensure smooth operations and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance Management

• Maintain and update daily attendance records of salon staff.

• Coordinate with managers to manage leave requests, late marks, and absences.

• Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.

2. Payroll Support

• Collate attendance data for accurate salary computation.

• Assist in preparing payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursal.

• Handle queries related to salary slips, deductions, and reimbursements.

3. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Post job openings on portals and social media platforms.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.

• Maintain employee records and support documentation for new joiners.

• Conduct onboarding orientation for new employees.

4. Process & Performance Evaluation

• Assist in tracking employee performance using set KPIs and feedback.

• Support in conducting monthly/quarterly reviews.

• Identify and report process improvement areas in HR operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Good understanding of HR practices, payroll basics, and recruitment cycle.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 0–2 years of HR experience (freshers with internships can apply).

Salary: 12000 - 15000 plus accommodation
