Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support the day-to-day HR functions at Naturals Salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee attendance, supporting payroll processing, coordinating recruitment activities, and evaluating HR-related processes to ensure smooth operations and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attendance Management Maintain and update daily attendance records of salon staff. Coordinate with managers to manage leave requests, late marks, and absences. Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing. 2. Payroll Support Collate attendance data for accurate salary computation. Assist in preparing payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursal. Handle queries related to salary slips, deductions, and reimbursements. 3. Recruitment & Onboarding Post job openings on portals and social media platforms. Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates. Maintain employee records and support documentation for new joiners. Conduct onboarding orientation for new employees. 4. Process & Performance Evaluation Assist in tracking employee performance using set KPIs and feedback. Support in conducting monthly/quarterly reviews. Identify and report process improvement areas in HR operations. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Good understanding of HR practices, payroll basics, and recruitment cycle. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 0–2 years of HR experience (freshers with internships can apply). Perks & Benefits: Training support for HR growth.
