Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our growing Human Resources team at our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, providing essential administrative support and assisting with the day-to-day functions of the department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about starting their career in HR. The ideal candidate is a fantastic communicator, highly organized, and able to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist in the hiring process by posting job openings on various job boards.
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications for basic qualifications.
  • Schedule interviews (phone, video, and in-person) for hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters and new hire packets.
  • Coordinate and assist with new employee orientation and onboarding, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
  • HR Administration & Data:
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as a first point of contact for basic employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in processing payroll changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, promotions).
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment verification letters and internal announcements.
  • Employee Engagement & Support:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support the performance review process by tracking completion and filing documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for all other HR functions as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (strong internship experience is highly valued).
  • Core Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,063.89 per month
