• Responsibilities

Your core responsibility will be to oversee the workers and the equipment they operate on the factory floor and be responsible for contributing to and carrying out production strategy decisions. You will have to design, plan, and implement human resources programs for the plant.

• Oversee all necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, workers' compensation claims, and return to work programs is completed.
• maintain HR-related spreadsheets, update and distribute it on a predetermined schedule

Location: Bareja, Ahmedabad.

Salary: 15000-27000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Basic understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
