About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive (IT Recruitment) to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. This role requires strong knowledge of IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, campus drives, etc.).
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipeline and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process smoothly.
• Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6 months of experience in IT recruitment / technical hiring (freshers with strong interest may also be considered).
• Familiarity with technologies like Java, Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, AI/ML, etc.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws is a plus.
