Junior HR Executive

Role Overview: As a Junior HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, handling site coordination for HR-related activities, tracking attendance, assisting in day-to-day HR operations, preparing various HR letters, and ensuring timely closure of pending HR issues by coordinating with seniors. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. - Handle site coordination for HR-related activities and support smooth communication between HO and sites. - Track and monitor attendance across sites and coordinate with respective teams for updates. - Assist in day-to-day HR operations such as employee queries, documentation, and record management. - Prepare and issue various HR letters (appointment, confirmation, transfer, relieving, etc.) under the guidance of a senior. - Ensure timely closure of pending HR issues by coordinating with seniors.
