Job Title: Junior Executive – Influencer Marketing & Brand Communication

Key Responsibilities:


  • Influencer & Talent Management:

  • Lead the sourcing, vetting, and onboarding of influencers and talent for client campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of creators, managing relationships and ensuring clear communication.
  • Negotiate contracts, campaign deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Work directly with the Account Manager to develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies.
  • Oversee on-ground shoot logistics, content production, and quality control.
  • Track campaign performance metrics, manage content submissions, and prepare post-campaign reports.
  • Brand Communication & Social Media:

  • Manage and execute content calendars for key brand and internal social media handles.
  • Develop community engagement strategies and oversee day-to-day social media operations.
  • Create compelling visual content and contribute to overall brand voice and communication.
  • Content Creation & Support:

  • Utilize tools like

    Canva

    to create high-quality social media assets, presentations, and campaign collateral.
  • Lead the editing of short-form video content (e.g., Reels, Shorts) using

    VN Video Editor

    or similar tools.
  • Proactively contribute creative ideas for new campaigns and content initiatives.


What We're Looking For:


  • A minimum of

    1 year of professional experience

    in a related field (e.g., marketing, social media, advertising).
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients and creators.
  • Strong understanding of

    digital marketing principles

    , influencer trends, and social media analytics.
  • Proficiency with design and video editing tools like

    Canva

    and

    VN Video Editor

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
