Job Description

Recruitment

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Creating job descriptions recognizing the manpower needs and taking them for approval for various roles and advertising them on multiple platforms
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, salary discussion & negotiation, offer release
Maintain a talent pipeline by proactively engaging with potential candidates
Fill the position within defined timeline/ deadline
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
Conducting regular connects with various function leads/ Hiring managers
Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
Managing and handling the orientation of new employees
Guiding employees on HR policies/ grievances
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
