Job Description

I: Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in payroll processing activities for client organizations, including new employee salary structuring, tax computation, attendance and leave report maintenance, pay slip generation, and full & final settlements.
Support the preparation and processing of payroll (manual/software) and assist in filing PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory returns on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual basis for client organizations.
Assist in maintaining, preparing, and filing documentation for obtaining statutory registrations such as PF, ESI, PT, Shops & Establishment, Labor Welfare Fund, etc.
Support in maintaining statutory records and registers under various HR and labor-related regulations for client organizations.
Coordinate and interact with client organizations to support effective management of payroll and statutory compliance services.
Maintain a professional and cordial relationship with colleagues and clients, work collaboratively within a team, deliver high-quality outputs, and adhere to defined processes and timelines.

II:

Strong communication skills (English written and spoken is mandatory).
Good understanding of payroll processing and HR statutory compliances.
Working knowledge of payroll software (e.g., Keka, Zoho, etc.) is desirable.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Role

III:

Graduate / Diploma / Postgraduate in HR or related discipline.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in payroll and compliance.
